We had a heavy snowfall yesterday and, because there was very little wind, the snow piled up on the tree branches and stayed there, making for beautiful Christmas card-like photos. I thought that this one turned out exceptionally well, showing the path that I hiked along the east side of Vadnais Lake. The snow was fairly deep and I didn't have snowshoes, so I didn't venture too far.
